Introduction to Cirrus Properties, Inc.

We specialize exclusively in Condominium and PUD Associations. We currently manage 37 properties along the Wasatch Front area. Our properties range from 22 to 343 units. We also specialize in downtown condominium properties with several years experience working with these Associations.

Our services includes: complete accounting; the overseeing legal services, landscaping, snow removal, pool/clubhouse, on-site managers and building maintenance. This enables us to handle any situation that may arise with the ability to make quick, accurate, and professional solutions. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We have been in management for over 20 years and are committed to superior personalized service with fresh innovative ideas. Our work is guaranteed. We are currently in the process of selecting new associations to add to our portfolio.
