Dakota Lofts

Located across the street from the Gateway, the Dakota Lofts provides a convenient location to many of downtown's best shopping, dining and entertainment. In addition to shops and salons—there are 37 residential apartments on the upper floors.

We specialize in the needs of downtown condos commercial properties. Security is one of the primary services we provide.

Dakota Lofts has been a member of our family since 1999. We work hard to meet the needs of this wonderful association. We have monthly meetings where we review finances, maintenance and other regular issues. In addition to these monthly meetings we make the time to visit the Lofts at least 3 times a week. We are certain things run like clock work.
