Belvedere

Don't be confused, this is not the run-of-the-mill-butler-TV-show from the mid 1980's. This association is located on State Street and one hundred south. Across the street is the ZCMI mall. Downtown life is anything but ordinary and the Belvedere is extraordinary in its architecture and size. The beautifully ornate molding and painting catches the eye of most pedestrians.

This grand structure use to be a hotel. In the late 1970's the hotel was converted to condominiums. In addition to 136 residential units, the Belvedere has four commercial units—lawyers and financial companies call this home. There is even a party room and a cozy lobby.

We are in constant communication with the Belvedere. Email, phone and tri-weekly visits help us maintain this association. We meet with contractors and monitor the parking. If you ever have parked downtown you know the challenge and the value of monitoring parking.
